This F2.122.1311/03 Sensor CAPAC-SWIT-PROX is a replacement non-contact detection unit for Heidelberg Speedmaster CD102, XL105 and SM102 offset presses. As a capacitive proximity switch, it detects both metallic and non-metallic objects without physical contact, used for paper detection, level monitoring and cylinder position sensing within the press. A faulty sensor causes false sheet counts, misregistration or unexpected machine stops.
