Compatible: Polar 92, 115, 137, 155 and similar with 8200 Vector drives.

The ZA3.056022 (Lenze E82ZAFSC010) is an original German-made function and expansion module specifically designed for Polar paper cutting machines equipped with a Lenze 8200 Vector series inverter.

 

This module installs into the lower expansion slot of the 8200 Vector drive. It converts the inverter from a basic drive into a fully integrated machine control component by adding:

 

Digital inputs for limit switches, foot pedals, and safety relays

 

Digital output for brake or clutch control

 

Analog input for position feedback or speed reference

 

Analog output for status monitoring or external display

 

Without this module, the 8200 Vector inverter cannot receive critical signals from the Polar machine’s sensors or send proper commands to the cutting cycle actuators.

 

Polar’s internal part number ZA3.056022 is the official service spare part number. The Lenze factory model E82ZAFSC010 is the technical identification printed on the module itself. Both numbers refer to the same component.
