This Heidelberg SA.109.1331 Coupling (also referenced as 541.15.3.8, H2.109.1321) is a 24V DC electromagnetic tooth clutch with a 50-tooth pulley, installed in the feeder drive of Speedmaster CD102, XL105 and SM102 offset presses. Its role is to engage and disengage the sheet feeder on command, synchronizing sheet pickup with the printing cycle. A worn or slipping clutch causes feeder misfeed, delayed sheet pickup and production stops. This replacement unit is built to original dimensions with hardened gear teeth and a tested electromagnetic coil, direct fit. New, Made in China, MOQ 1 piece.
