This gear set is designed for the dampening roller drive motor of KBA Rapida 142 and 162 offset presses. It includes the plastic gear, iron gear and motor gear that transmit drive torque from the motor to the dampening roller shaft. The plastic gear is the common wear part that strips teeth over time, causing dampening rollers to stop or run unevenly; replacing all three gears together ensures a matched, quiet drive train. Worn gears cause inconsistent dampening solution film, scumming and uneven print density. This replacement set is manufactured to original dimensions, direct fit. New, Made in China
